The total NSP2 funding is $19.5 million and will impact approximately 405 units. Our NSP2 contracts with City approved non-profit community developers for rehabilitation of single-family homes for homeownership and multifamily buildings for rental are completed with our 8 non-profit community developers many of which are fully executed on a property by property basis at acquistion.  Additional contracts will be executed as properties are acquired.  With the assistance of the Twin Cities Community Land Bank additional properties continue to be acquired for developers within the consortium; however, the City has acquired additional properties for land banking for future redevelopment; with additional properties in different phases of the process.  Due diligence on properties include property inspections, environmental review and appraisal work.  NSP2 funds will assist 405 projects in total through out the City of Minneapolis (316), City of Brooklyn Park (36) and Hennepin County (53).
